O Ironman, maior evento de Triathlon do mundo, desafia os atletas a percorrer 3.8 km de natação, 180.2 km de ciclismo e 42.2 km de corrida em percursos de tirar o fôlego. São realizados 29 eventos em todo o mundo, sendo somente um na América do Sul: o Ironman Brasil.
Já consolidado no calendário mundial, o Ironman Brasil está na sua 13ª edição e contará com a presença de atletas amadores e profissionais de 34 países no dia 26 de maio em Florianópolis, Santa Catarina.

Ironman CollArtible Expo @ Hong Kong
I'm not a fan of Marvel comics, but attracted by many 1:1 ironman figures in the Expo.

This is an extract of an Antony Gormley statue, one of two which are featured in his work Parallel Field which is current on display at St Mary Axe in London; as part of the ‘Sculpture in the City’ project it’s on location until May 2014.
I have walked past the status many times but never stopped to take a photo until a few nights ago when I was out playing with my new Sony QX100 camera. Though I would certainly deem this as a fun camera, and perhaps not the ‘professional’ label Sony put on it, I am enjoying using it and my biggest bugbear is the fact it doesn’t shoot RAW.
This image was taken with it, by the way, and it was real easy and effortless to get the angle I wanted simply by moving my wrist a little bit – no bending over and trying to position myself or a tripod in just the right spot – I didn’t even have a tripod, it was held in my hand only.
The building popping out at the rear right hand side of the shot is the Gherkin.

Ironman. Boule-Ball-Spieler (Boccia). Er wurde anlässlich der Landesgartenschau 2013 in Tirschenreuth aufgestellt. Als Zeichen der besonderen Verbindung schenkte die Partnerstadt La Ville Du
Bois der Stadt Tirschenreuth die Skulptur des Boulespielers.
Temple Street (廟街) is a street located in the areas of Jordan and Yau Ma Tei in Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is known for its night market and as one of the busiest flea markets at night in the territory.
The night market lies in the Yau Ma Tei, Jordan part of the street. Popular with tourists and locals alike in the evening, it is also common to see the place crowded at dusk. It sells cheap merchandise and food items.
The place is sometimes known as "Men's Street".

It's a good thing that Ironmen don't rust. The weather conditions at this year's Ironman Wales was appalling.
Thanks to the help of Chrome Block City I achieved the necessary parts to build Ironman with his chrome armor.
A hot iron, some steam and a face.
Just mix and heat.
