This is a 9.5" Pyrex Lunch Plate with the Strategic Air Command logo. Color is a Robins Egg blue. I assume that these would have been used at the cafeteria.

I remember eating off of these at Boy Scout Camp in England - Camp Mohawk in 1967 and 1968. A few years ago I got to thinking about them, and eventually found them on Ebay - but they were stupid money. Eventually a wonderful person in Iowa (as I recall) said he had a pallet of them that needed a new home and I bought ten of them for $5 each.

We eat off them occasionally.

Were there any other pieces with the stars or SAC logo?

Marvel Comics characters. This is the first and only Echo I've seen. Great job on the costume and face paint.

The guy dressed as Iron Fist is Miracole's husband, Chris. Another couple that cosplays together.

Is this the new theme for cons?
