We of Central Florida Peace & Justice joined regional groups Ocala Demands Action, Ocala Blue Dots, the Marion County Democratic Party, Marion County Young Democrats, Ocala-Marion County for Democracy, and Marion for Peace to express alarm and anger at the brutal and unconstitutional actions of the Trump regime.
This marks the 11th local protest held in Ocala since Trump's second term began, rallies which have each involved an average of 500 decent souls from our small city who show up and attracting state-wide attention.
All these protests have been incited by a series of executive orders by ersatz President Trump, including actions led by the ersatz "DOGE" bullies, which are eliminating the positive and inclusive role of the federal government and killing thousands in developing countries. We also demand the reinstatement of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives that have been rescinded through racist executive orders.
