It’s been a very long while since INFINITI’s full-size QX80 SUV received a makeover from the ground up as competitors such as the Range Rover, Escalade, and Navigator have each transitioned to the next stage.

Yet, it's not an indictment on INFINITI alone since Japanese automakers generally are calculated, patient, and reserved with design strategies. Historically, the focus has been on facilitating driver ergonomics and ride quality.

But the wait is over since the 2025 QX80 is delivering first-class hospitality -- dubbed omotenashi in Japan -- from every perspective.

The radiant SUV from the Land of the Rising Sun is sure to take back sales from core competitors as purveyors of sumptuousness seek elegant new metal and refreshing technologies to consume.

Le championnat d’Honneur reprend ses droits ce week-end après plusieurs mois de trêve estivale. Le XV Corsaire se déplace à Dinan pour la première journée. L’équipe costarmoricaine évoluait la saison passée en Promotion d’Honneur. Cédric Morvan et ses partenaires sont donc, forts logiquement, favoris de cette rencontre : « Il n’y a pas eu de gros changements dans l’effectif à l’intersaison, le groupe reste quasiment identique à celui de l’année passée. Quelques nouveaux joueurs sont arrivés et Jordi Rougé intégrera l’équipe le week-end en tant que joueur, en plus de continuer à entraîner ».

Dans une poule unique, composée seulement de neuf équipes (contre dix la saison dernière), les Corsaires retrouveront six vieilles connaissances.

Fougères, Bruz, Saint-Brieuc, Plabennec, Quimper et Brest Seront de nouveaux sur la route du Capitaine Morvan et de ses Matelots. En plus de Dinan, c’est Lanester, relégué de Fédérale 3 qui viendra compléter le groupe.

Difficile encore de faire des pronostics mais en lisant entre les lignes, on se doute bien que les Corsaires ne seront pas là pour faire de la figuration : « Notre objectif dans cette première phase est de faire mieux que la saison passée ».

Les Poulets vont-ils être

maîtres sur leur pré ? Après

une phase aller marquée par 6

déplacements en 7 rencontres

(et un match à « domicile » joué à… Dinan), le Saint Père Rugby Club retrouve enfin son stade, avec de toutes nouvelles infrastructures

et des vestiaires tout

neufs. Il retrouve aussi et surtout son fidèle public qui a rongé son frein pendant toute cette première partie de saison et qui sera au rendez-vous à n’en pas

douter ce dimanche à Saint Père.

L’affiche est alléchante et devrait attirer la foule des grands jours puisque le SPRC reçoit l’un des deux favoris de la poule, Le Rheu [l’équipe C Ndlr]. Vaincus sur les terres rheusoises au match aller (16-30), les « poulets » auront à coeur de prendre

leur revanche, et la perspective de jouer à nouveau chez eux devrait

leur donner des ailes. L’exploit

est donc possible, d’autant

plus que Le Rheu reste sur une victoire étriquée à Saint Renan (13-15) et n’est peut-être pas aussi intouchable qu’il le semblait

en début de saison.

Les Péréens quant à eux ont

redressé la barre après un début de saison délicat et occupent aujourd’hui la troisième place du groupe, synonyme de qualification

en championnat de France. Une victoire dimanche
