British Ambassador Martin Uden gives an interview to KTV on 19 April 2010. KTV is producing a special documentary to mark the 60th anniversary of the Korean War, focusing on the contribution of the UK, Ethiopia and Turkey.
The UK was the second largest foreign contributor of troops to UN forces in the Korean War. Some 58,000 British Servicemen fought with the UN in Korea during the conflict, 1,109 British servicemen lost their lives in the conflict and 2,674 were wounded. Some 800 are buried in the UN Memorial Cemetery in Korea in Busan.

David (23), HR Administrator: “I started my apprenticeship at RIEDEL in 2014 and successfully completed it a few weeks ago. During my time as a trainee I worked in several departments including Human Resources, Marketing and Accounting. I had the opportunity to visit the trade shows where RIEDEL attends. The most exciting project I worked on was the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm. I will stay at RIEDEL as a student trainee while I study Economics at university.”
