Intermediate Premier Exhibitor winners in the Youth Swine Show at the Alabama National Fair Oct. 15 in Montgomery were Rose Hodnett of Tallapoosa County, first place; Colton Simpson of DeKalb County, second; MaKenna Martin of Tallapoosa County, third; Emma Ramsey of Calhoun County, fourth; and Cristen Haynes of Talladega County, fifth. Intermediate showmen range from 13 to 15 years of age, and winners are determined by test performance. Alabama Farmers Federation and Alfa Insurance sponsored youth livestock events at the fair.
