Conversion of ground floor of the building design of the building to modernize and adapt to new functions. Designer Clifton Leung discerningly rearranged the layout of the original guest room and its juxtaposed bathroom, transforming them into an enlarged master bathroom and a sizable walk-in closet within the en-suite.
