A brand New collection Designed By Casey Tripsa of laminak.
It was fun redesigning my Twilight Show House Bedroom using all Laminak's new Bedroom Pieces.
The 4 Poster Bed with The beautifully designed curtains and bedding in the yellow and blue pattern is so charming and sets the mood.
You will have to come by to see how warm the room is with the chaise lounge and double fire place leading out to the deck with lounge chairs waiting for you to warm your body.
Laminak will have a new showroom soon as well. A must see!
I still have to digest all the corners of this new room. I'm in love with it. The designer of this chair is one of my favourites fm many many years but I was never able to buy any piece fm him and now I have a chair fm him.

I designed and produced this project years ago, however it's classic and still looks great ! I designed the room around the silk rug.
A Saarinen Table and Panton Chairs... Classic ! I wanted the interiors to relate to the era of when the building was constructed: Circa 1959. Potomac Place Towers condominium building near the waterfront in Washington, DC., is a registered historic building. My design scheme is appropriate and modern.

I have the pleasure of decorating this Amazing Edelweiss Chalet By Architect Tobias Convair of "Convair ".
We start today in the living room section of the open space created by the vaulted ceilings and the ceiling to floor fireplace and enormous windows.
I wanted to keep the warmth of the home by using warm tones
but also some color.
As you know i use my eclectic style to mix the periods to keep things for you to enjoy forever.
I chose to use the french revival teal green chairs from Munick, created by Britt Beck, with the pale wood which kept the country look which I also used in the kitchen.
This added to the chalet and kept it bright and happy giving color all around.
I used the reddish color leather sofa and brown leather chairs to add the main warmth.
Also by Munick are the accessories seen on the coffee table, candle sticks and the hot toddy set.
His fireplace tools and logs also add to the charm of the room.
As well as his fabulous Floor lamp.
I choose the country look coffee table in wood to add character.
You will notice i like mixing woods. That way things do not get boring.
I used Catta Grizot, of Twilight’s, beautiful flower arrangement for a hint of color, her amazing console table and accessories to section the area from the kitchen.
This room plus the kitchen, which adjoins it, makes the house a warm and elegant home.

A bedroom vignette from NK Home, a Los Angeles shop recently opened by designers Todd Nickey and Amy Kehoe. Formerly a casting agency, the store has a collection that Nickey says ranges "from refined to utilitarian, rustic to Mod, 19th century French to 1960s Dutch." Kehoe says the shop is an extension of their design sensibility -- "what we love, what we collect and how we put things together." Their design aesethic mixes contemporary accessories -- including Matteo linens, Campo de’ Fiori pottery and John Derian dishes -- with striking vintage pieces such as a French settee recovered with a vibrant green Moroccan rug.

I decided to have the dining room next to the kitchen leaving a full open space to walk from the back and front doors easily. I used these beautiful Leaf style head chairs by one of my favorite creators Vincent Priesley of Sources. His unique design gives the table elegance and a bit of the asian feeling to go with the living room.
I chose these amazing side chairs that popped the caramel color in the sofa. The red walls continued from the walls in the living room.
The kitchen I did a simple light wood like the floors.The Cabinet doors I chose a darker grey for a pop and the walls black for the drama.
All together it is an amazing combo.
