Delicate tonalità accostate con naturalezza a cromie più decise punteggiano gli spazi della nuova sede
Bayer di Milano.
La nuova sede Bayer di via Ludovico di Breme 13,
adiacente alla sede centrale di viale Certosa a Milano, apre i battenti con 3.000 metri quadri di uffici progettati
da DEGW, brand del Gruppo Lombardini22 dedicato
alla progettazione integrata di ambienti per il lavoro.
L’edificio ospita la divisione Crop Science, con cui
la multinazionale si posiziona come terza maggiore azienda al mondo operante nella produzione agricola, e il marchio Animal Health, dedicato allo sviluppo di prodotti
e soluzioni per la prevenzione e il trattamento delle patologie animali, da allevamento e da compagnia, settore nel quale Bayer è tra i principali innovatori internazionali.
È quindi un workplace che si rivolge a pratiche e ricerche
di frontiera, dedicate alle risorse della terra e alla loro cura
e valorizzazione, e che si traduce in spazi naturali, caldi,
flessibili ed efficienti.
Il concept di progetto
Gli spazi sono disegnati sulle esigenze di business unit
consolidate (Crop Science, Animal Health)
e contemporaneamente aperti a new business portatori
di nuove tendenze e bisogni futuri.

Lombardini22 spiega che: “il key-concept del progetto
è stato quello di unire la solidità della tradizione
con la dinamicità dell’innovazione per guidare
attivamente il cambiamento, un valore corporate
di Bayer pienamente condiviso da DEGW”.
Il concept è stato declinato secondo quattro principi
guida: la qualità, che traduce i valori del comfort
e dell’attrattività in spazi e materiali altamente funzionali;
l’interazione, che incrementa il valore della trasparenza
a un ampio uso di superfici vetrate; la sostenibilità,
che privilegia l’adozione di materiali naturali ed ecologici;
la durata nel tempo, che richiede spazi di lavoro ergonomicamente impeccabili e scelta di materiali e arredi
di qualità eccellente.
