My boss decided that having bought a shiny new black sideboard and some black and chrome chairs, that a picture was needed for the wall to finish the place off
It had to be monochrome to match the furniture and had to be taken in the North West of England. As I'd taken all of the photos for our website, he asked if I had anything suitable. I'd taken a RAW image a while ago that might suit (and enlarge) and I offered to "donate" it.

For this North Shore estate, a former 1907 stable and carriage house, we provided both the interior architectural design for a complete renovation, as well as interior design and interior decorating services. This 5,600 s.f. condo was completely transformed from a 1980’s developer package into a stylish, upscale home with significant European panache. We not only added all of the architectural details and cabinetry, but selected furniture, fabrics, accessories and artwork. This project has received numerous awards and has thus far been published in two magazines.
The fruitful partnership between Crassevig and Mario Ferrarini has continued in 2017 with the creation of Mixis Air. It presents a fresh take on the Mixis chair, whose plywood seat of varying thickness slots perfectly into a solid wood base. In the new version, the plywood and solid wood have been replaced by polypropylene, thus underlining the company’s ability to bring out the best of any material. It forms a marvellously balanced, comfortable single unit that is available in a range of colours and in a version with a padded seat. There are various options for the Mixis Air base: four wooden or metal legs, a metal sled base, a wooden stand, an aluminium stand with or without wheels, and a five-spoke aluminium base with wheels. It is perfect for all sorts of public and private uses, both indoors and outdoors
