Don't you hate it when good work never makes it to the public for one reason or another? This is a little interactive video we did for a pitch for Westtown, a mixed-used LEED-ND development planned in mid-town Atlanta by Brock-Built Homes. A redevelopment of former industrial areas, Westtown is located in an emerging hot spot for artists, hipsters, urban pioneers and other ecclectic professionals. Rather than create traditional paper comps, we put together a slide presentation in keynote, then used this fun little 45-second piece to show our vision of Westtown's potential face and voice. The song is called, "Haley" by the band, War Called Peace. Marc Rapp created the spot. We got the account, but the development itself has been delayed and so we've yet to finalize the spot. We had envisioned it, or something similar in style to it becoming a web-teaser, using it virally in a number of ways and perhaps at some point as a television commercial that would drive to the web.
