Badged as the Delta HF 4WD on its introduction in 1986, this model retained the Volumex blower initially before switching to a straightforward turbo when transformed into the Integrale for 1987. The latter would prove a supremely capable rally car, winning the World Championship in both 1987 and 1988, yet in road trim remained a thoroughly practical family hatchback. Integrale performance was boosted further by the introduction of a 16-valve cylinder head for the 2-litre four-cylinder engine in 1989, maximum power increasing to 200 bhp and top speed to 220 km/h.
Homologated to maintain the works rally team's competitive edge, the first Evoluzione models were manufactured towards the end of 1991, incorporating wider front and rear track, appropriately altered bodywork and an engine re-mapped to produce 210bhp among many other detail improvements. By the time the works team was disbanded at the end of 1992, the Integrale had added a further four World Rally Championships to its palmarès.
Finished in black metallic with green Alcantara interior, this Evoluzione has fewer than 60,000 kilometres showing on the odometer. Registered in Germany, the Integrale was imported from Japan in 2016 at 55,300 kilometres and has formed part of the vendor's exclusive private collection since 2018. Upon purchase, the vendor commissioned a thorough service that included an overhaul of the braking system; a new exhaust system (from the exhaust manifold onwards); a comprehensive dismantling, checking, and aligning of the front and rear axles, suspension and running gear; new timing and fan belts (including new pulleys); a new set of Continental tyres, etc. Related invoices (including those for parts, etc) amount to €27,620, while a more recent service, including the installation of a new radiator in September 2020, cost over € 3,290; so a total of more than € 30,900 has been spent on this wonderful Delta Evoluzione since 2018! The accompanying independent specialist's report rates the car's condition as overall very good (2+) and the car also comes with German registration documents and copies of the aforementioned invoices (perusal strongly recommended).
These exciting road-going versions of the World Rally Championship-winning Lancia Delta Integrale Evoluzione are very much sought after, and this example would make a fine addition to any collection.
Much like any car sporting the Cosworth badge, the Integrale has become a staple of shows these days, and thus, rarely is seen outside of them, most likely garaged all year round. An attractive example, and a great colour, much better than the shouty red or yellow you often see them in. Like all of these in the UK, it is an import, and was brought over quite a while ago now. Easily one of the best looking hatchbacks ever made.

The first series Delta was designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro and released in 1979 and introduced in Britain in 1980 they remained almost unchanged until 1986 with small changes to the body shape and engines were uprated. most Delta models were ordinary small family cars but like the Subaru Imprezza have remained more famous for the performance and rally cars
The Integrale was introduced in 1987 and for the first eight months was known simply as the HF 4WD with a 165bhp turbo charged engine. But it became the Integrale wearing flared arches and winning International rallies. Yet it had five doors and remained a practical family hatchback. In 1989 the power was increased to from 185bhp to 200bhp with a 16 valve head finally reaching 210bhp.

I started working on this one something like... 6 months ago? So a bit of a longer project. Anyway, the Integrale is one of my favorite cars in general and towards the end of designing it I decided to go with light blue with white rims inspired by Tyler, the Creator's car. It's a pretty simple design, there are a couple interesting bits holding the front and rear together. Unfortunately a couple parts are in different shades of blue or grey as they don't exist in medium azure. Instructions up on the website and rebrickable soon.

Lancia is slowly dying. That's a shame for this beautiful Italian brand. Especially when you see all those beautiful cars they produced in the past. In the city Agios Nikolaos at Crete we saw this bright red Delta. A great looking car. Still, I'm not sure about the type, despite of the image that says HF Integrale 16V. So, Lancia fans and experts, is that right?

Between 1987 and 1992, the Integrale utterly dominated its branch of motor sport, winning 46 rallies and six constructors’ championships outright. And to keep the rally car at the sharp end of the results table, the road car went through a number of iterations, each more potent than the last.
As a road car, the Integrale is a truly joyful experience. Just like on the rally stages, its big rivalry in the early days came in the form of the Audi Quattro however the Delta was smaller, quicker and much lighter on its feet. The Integrale is a true drivers’ machine, and delivers a huge amount of feel and feedback that makes them irresistible.
This nice example of Lancia’s world beater, finished in the rare scheme of metallic Derby Green with a very nicely preserved grey alcantara interior, really puts a smile on your face with its punchy performance and rally inspired looks.
The road holding of the Delta is exceptional and with its freshly rebuilt engine the acceleration is extremely strong. If you are seeking a competition-bred machine to keep in the garage and enjoy on high days and holidays, this lovely example will knock your socks off!

I loved the situation...with all its power and rallypotential it's been driven calmly by a women in city-stop-and-go-traffic :D
(not that women wouldn't be capable of fast and good driving, but the Integrale is mostly driven by young men around here...)
