Because of the tight schedule, there was only four and a half months from completion of preliminary plans to occupancy of the building. Occupancy occurred 15 days ahead of the schedule.
The site is in northeast Sacramento near the central business district of the rapidly growing area. It is a three and a half acre lot with an 800 foot frontage on Watt Avenue.
