Se prendre pour Moïse, l’espace d’un instant, et fendre l’eau à pied ou à vélo. Incongrue, l’expérience est pourtant possible, à Bokrijk, dans le Limbourg. Inaugurée en avril 2016, « Traverser l’Eau à vélo » est une expérience cycliste unique qui permet de parcourir la distance 212 mètres à travers un étang de la réserve de Wijers, dans « le pays des 1.001 étangs ». D’une rive à l’autre. Au milieu du parcours, l’eau est au niveau des yeux offrant une vue magnifique et unique sur la nature. Parfois, les yeux dans les yeux avec un cygne ou un canard.
