After owning a Polaroid camera for more than ten years, this is the year I've finally managed to take one good photo, with the whole frame filled with image, with the entire frame filled with emulsion. Finally!

Here, a corner of my parent's garden. June 2020.

Taken with Polaroid OneStep 1000 instant camera, on Polaroid Originals B&W SX-70 instant film. Scanned with Epson XP-225 all-in-one scanner I found connected to my dad's computer. Good enough!

I have my own time every weekend, my free time it could be like that :). Free for cooking, freedom for both daughters to order their favorite junk food:D, and this is mine , instant noodle.

I've gone to ARCO fair about contemporary art in Madrid today. Lots of huge photographs c-print, medium format, mounted on dibond and alluminim at 2metersx2meters. I am convinced that, in that sizes, even my shots will look great hold at a gallery.

However, I got surprised how near i've been this year to exhibit my work in ARCO, as the Official stand of the Madrid City Hall was exhibiting the four awarded photographers on the "Young creative artists contest of Madrid" of this year, on which i ranked on 5th posititon..... I am starting to think that I should start going to show my work to gallery directors or contacting some photographers colectives. But I do still have the same fault: the lack of consistency on my work, as most of my shots are just casual. I should alternate these casual shots (that i do when i travel or even when i walk around here in Madrid) with some serious series as I once did with my Carabanchel abandoned jail series.

BTW, I hope to start uploading some of the shots i took at ARCO fair on tuesday, once l'll have my 4 films developed... There were lots of interesting artwork there, and they all were free fo photograph!!! Even some Picasso or Andy Warhol work that was exhibited there was totally free.

I'll continue my series of countryside shots after the ARCO ones... i've got a whole stockpile of photos on the "flickr upload" folder on my computer, i think there are about a hundred photos at this moment :)
