The two base images were captured with an iPhone 5S of two different views of the same section of railroad track. The images were merged on the iPhone with Instablender, and adjusted for contrast and saturation within that program as well. Fine global adjustments were made in Paint.net 3.5.11.

 

I like the way that the trees almost look like they are growing past an abandoned section of railroad track.
