Malaysia - Borneo - A Walking Stick eating another insect

Taken on the beach in Pobierowo, Poland. But I have no idea what insect it is. Maybe someone know?

Caught these two at it after I was trying to get one of them in flight (failed miserably) taken with my 70-300mm APO lens

Taken by the River Avon, beneath the Avon Dam near Shipley bridge, Dartmoor, Devon.

Family: Brush-footed Butterflies ( Nymphalidae )

Subfamily: Longwings ( Heliconiinae )

Identification: forewing leading edge. Underside brown; forewing with orange at base; both wings with elongated, iridescent silver spots.

Life history : Males patrol for females, who lay eggs on many parts of the host plant. Caterpillars feed on most parts of the host. Adults overwinter in the south.

Flight : Throughout the year in south Florida and South Texas, January-November in the north. Number of broods has not been determined.

Wing span : 2 1/2 - 3 3/4 inches (6.3 - 9.5 cm).

Feeding on hemlock. I found a pair of these on the same plant. Papilio polyxenes, Papilionidae. Summer 2014, Central IL.

Stinger but he does pollinate, too.

Just finished up winterizing the pool I manage during the summer. I take a look around to see if I missed something during clean up and I noticed this praying mantis sitting pretty by the side of the pool. This is a photo opportunity!!!

it really was mating season yesterday in the Wicklow hills .. i got several more shots like this with various insect

I think it is the Bark-mimicking Grasshopper: can anyone confirm?
