Seems I detected a new "virus" - but not one that you'd want to get vaccinated against or get rid of. It's the "Inner Light Virus" and it's as contagious as laughter ;-).
Happy Macro Monday everyone!
Almost dark... with the last sunrays of the afternoon. I uploaded a shot from the same wonderful model earlier in autumn. Organizing my archives I couldn't withstand to upload this one too ;))

It is our responsibility to dance
to embody the essence of our true divinity
In our souls we are all dancers
healers
singers
and creators
we are all have something powerful to say
to give
when we are in tune with the rhythms of the earth
with our inner rhythm
we know how to walk on the edge of time and worlds
Earth
mother
the deep support underneath our own feet
Woman
the mystical force
from which we all come
Earth
who nourishes us
who hosts us unconditionally
Woman
the life giver
the peacemaker
and the portal to the other side
Dear beings across time and worlds
it is timе for us all to return to the temple
not the temple of gods
prophets
deities
an laws
but the temple of all humanity
the temple of the heart
It is our responsibility to see beyond the stories
and to manifest change
and this journey begins within each of us
each woman
and each man
it is time to remember!
I Wish Everyone a Happy and Save Weekend 💛
Mich träumte ich fiel
in den Abyss
während ich stürzte
voll Angst
spürte ich sanft
Deine Hände
mich auffangen
und zärtlich
umschliessen.
I had a dream
of falling into the abyss
during the plunge
full of dispair
I suddenly felt
the gentle touch
of your hands
intercepting my fall
holding me tender.

I just couldn't resist to take more photographs of these tiny little berries. Their translucency is so spectacular.... but a real harrass in focusing ;)) They have such a shiny skin you really have to catch them in the right angle... with backlighting as well. Otherwise you will get some deep purple berries. But that's what I love anyway... to search for a plants soul.
I wrote a long-pondered post on my blog about a dream I had after my hysterectomy, one that inspired recent explorations with the notion of inner light. Here's a new cyanotype (8x10 on Canson Montreal watercolor paper) that was created with that goal in mind. You can read more about it on mu blog. Thanks, as always to those who take the time to read what I write. I appreciate you so very much.
Et je suis désolée, mes amis français, le blog est en anglais.

Sister
Light is one of the most beautiful and purest things that exist within our world.
It glows, it burns, it shines. It sparkles. It glistens. It illuminates everything in a incandescent glimmer. It is bright. It is everlasting. Light is so enchanting, it's mesmerizing.
It is almost a miracle that something so magnificent can be residing inside of us. Our inner light.
What, exactly, is inner light?
It's the hand that you extend when you help up another person who has fallen. It's the courage that makes you stick by your principles even if no one else is on your side. It's the empathy that stirs your heart when you put yourself in someone else's shoes. It's the goodness that is within you, the kindness that holds you back from doing the things that you know would hurt someone else.
Don't ever let it extinguish. Keep your inner light shining and shimmering in its glorious innocence. For once it burns out, the darkness that overtakes you will remove all the beauty that you see in the world. And then, life would be neverending midnight. Wouldn't it be more beautiful to live in an eternal sunrise?

When the sweet glance of my true love caught my eyes,
Like alchemy, it transformed my copper-like soul.
I searched for Him with a thousand hands,
He stretched out His arms and clutched my feet.*
