Each step stirs dust into the air.
The dry, shifting evening air.
The sun is neither fully risen nor a witness.
A silent guardian.
Beginnings and endings, both here and just.
At this hour.
And yet shared.
This is where time unravels.
Where place dissolves and where movement lingers without.
No words, no destination.
This is the place.
This is the sacred space.
Each step cannot ignore faith.

A witness, a silent guardian.

Both here in distance.
The burden we carry is more than we thought.
It is more than it is more than distance.

Day 141 of 365 (Tuesday) - Another morning focusing on my SPNC Y2 #2 - "Capture a moment of silence in the never ending noise of the world" Pierre Belhassen.
I tried a different approach today. I spent some time connecting with my own sense of inner calm, and then considered where that emotion best flourishes, and what it might look like in others. I notice how rare it is to see it. There is lots of silence around, but often people are filling that silence with reading, working, texting, eating, chatting, searching, shopping, smoking... I saw this man through the back of the bus stop and my heart skipped a beat. I took his photo through the glass, but wanted to get closer to him. I took a shot from the entrance at the side, but I wanted to see more of him. I went round the barrier at the side and got this. I don't know if it translates into the image, but he oozed a sense of calmness, and centredness that I imagine he carried with him wherever he might be.

Even though we were very blessed that this past hurricane didn't leave too much physical damage it stirred up all my emotional storms within. I remember all the fear in our house during hurricane camille. We were going down with the ship everything was falling apart and there was no way out and nothing anyone could do. So I went into my room alone and tried to make myself sleep. But for hours that wind howled and the water rose. .total chaos ! For hours I felt this was the end of my world.

His Holiness Younus AlGohar's step-by-step method of obtaining Opening of the Spiritual Heart.
Main Points:
- Human beings do not have the power to obtain Opening of the Spiritual Heart by themselves, it is granted with the permission of God. God's name will enter your Spiritual Heart only when God wishes it to happen.
- In order to find out if you have God's permission, you must go to a Perfect Spiritual Guide who will take your appearance to God and ask him to befriend you. If God does not want to befriend you, you will be rejected and there is nothing the Spiritual Guide can do to convince God otherwise.
- If God wishes to befriend you but he is hesitant in case you falter and run away, then the Spiritual Guide steps up as your Guarantor. The Spiritual Guide must assess your character; whether or not you are persistent during hard times.
- The Spiritual Guide attaches a couple of Divine Creatures to your Spiritual Heart which make sure you do not turn away and they do not leave until God's name is settled within.
