I had some spare time this morning to visit the local canal and was surprised to find this fine specimen totally undamaged in a well used public footpath.

Common ink caps (Coprinopsis atramentaria) growing in a tree cavity.

As far back as I can remember, probably to 4th grade,
"Peacock Blue" has always been my favorite color.
I treasure this little bottle of original ink from 1955!
Hard to believe the liquid has not dried up!
I'm a bit of a nerd about mushrooms, so when I saw this hat I knew I had to buy it and make a look with it. It also comes with the lil mini mushroom accessories for your arms & collarbone, and I love the whole set.
The mushroom this hat is inspired by is commonly known as a shaggy ink cap or shaggy mane, aka coprinus comatus. The actual shaggy mane does have the black inky drips on its edges when it starts to decay, but the cap itself is mostly white. Here's a photo of a real one:

I've never found or had any myself as they aren't super common and can't be stored due to their rapid decomposition. They are edible though, and I've heard the flavor is similar to an oyster mushroom but stronger. Hopefully some day I'll get to find and taste some myself!
