I was super excited to have the great opportunity to work with my colleagues for this photoshoot. The chairs are designed and fabricated by Ivana Dancova with the help of a Melbourne based artist, Christopher Langton
We sometimes called this kind of tent is tennis tent, because it uses for tennis court often, and this kind of tent usually sewing model,of course,if you want sealed model, we also can do it.This kind of design with a front door, if too long size,sometimes will have a door on each beside. And the up wall and beside wall will have windows, we sometimes make it as transparent pvc,then it can have sunlight inside.We will make some light hoops on,which you can put light inside. It is double layer and solid,which have good wind and snow resistance, and a certain insulation effect. Also can use for party, as warehouse or something.

Det er en spændende tid på Ibsens Fabrikker, FORDI… vi endelig ser ud til at være på vej, til at entrere musik/performance/kulturbranchen endeligt. De seneste par år har budt på flere spændende projekter, indenfor kulturevents, danceacts og koncerter, hvor vores speciallavede effekter har været omdrejningspunkt.
Det seneste projekt involverer et af Danmarks mest anmelderroste bands Reptile Youth.
Reptile Youth giver en unik koncert med scenografi og visuals af den amerikanske kunstner Abby Portner, som igennem mange år har arbejdet tæt med Animal Collective.
Mads Damsgaard Kristiansen fortsætter sit samarbejde med Abby Portner, der indtil videre har udmøntet sig i en koncert ved CPH:DOX i efteråret 2014 og på SPOT Festival 2015. Denne koncert er en fortsættelse og en videreudvikling af samarbejdet. Til forskel fra de to førnævnte koncerter, der kun bestod af klaver og sang, vil der til de kommende tre koncerter være et fuldt live-setup, og bandet vil spille sangene fra EP'en Away plus ældre materiale. Abby Portner bygger til koncerterne et helt unik scenedesign med tilhørende video, Ibsens Fabrikker medvirker med oppustelige effekter til dette.
Om samarbejdet med Reptile Youth fortæller Abby Portner:
Hver gang jeg skal lave nyt indhold eller videoer til et band eller individuelle kunstnere, forsøger jeg at kombinere min æstetik med bandets personlighed og stil. Det er altid en god udfordring. Til de her koncerter tror jeg, at de ekstreme forskelle mellem klimaerne og de steder, hvor vi begge bor, er et godt sted at starte. Varmen, vandet, stranden og ørkenen i LA kombineret med de mere blå-grønne, kolde farver og den jordnære ‘vibe’ i Danmark er meget interessant for mig. Bandmedlemmernes varme og deres måde at arbejde på har også indflydelse på mig.
Abigail Portner er billedkunstner, filmmager, stop-motion animator, set designer og kostumemager uddannet fra Parsons School of Designs i New York. Hun er vel nok mest kendt for sit samarbejde med Animal Collective, som hun har arbejdet sammen med siden hendes bror, David Portner var med til at starte bandet i deres teenage år. Derudover har hun lige lavet en performance med John Cale (Velvet Underground) på Whitney Museum i New York.
Reptile Youth har netop udgivet Ep'en ‘Away’ og til koncerterne vil man kunne opleve alle de nye numre samt gamle Reptile Youth numre.
