How to increase focus on studies?

Focusing on studies is a big challenging thing to us. So, today I am here to introduce you the 5 simple and effective methods to focus.

1. Rubber Band method

This is a very simple and Powerful method.First wear a rubber band in your wrist(shown in video) then we will have a tendency to take phone or do things which cause studying. When you think to do it then just pull the rubber band. It hurts well but, this pain motivates you. You will get a sudden thought oh my god! What am I doing? And then you will continue your studies. We can see many students who just opene their book and think about other things. So,for these type of students can also use this. This is very effective and also tested by me.

2. Play music without lyrics.

Some of us cannot study when it is full of silence. They cannot focus in studies when it is silent. So, If you are a student who have the same problem then, hear music without lyrics. I doesn't mean to hear a rock or romantic music. There is music which helps you. Just google it and find the best one which helps you. These music will activate your brain and then you can increase your focus. The most important thing to is you should hear the music which doesn't contain lyrics. If there is lyrics, the your focus will go to the song. And also this method will not work on some. Just try it and find if it's working on you. If not,try other methods.

3. Establish a routine

Make studying as a habit. Suppose if you are studying after waking 7am today,10am tommorow and 5 am the next day. What will happen? Your subconscious mind will feel it as a difficult task and will delay in it. So you should fix a comfortable time table and continue your studies at the same time. If you are studying at that same time always then it will save on your subconscious mind and then when that time comes, your mind will automatically remembers you and makes you study. Also you can get more focus. You can make a to do list for the first stage. There are many apps as a reminder( I prefer google task )

4. Make a distraction list.

This hack helps you to avoid your distraction. First list all the distractions which comes when you are studying in a note or paper. Keep it with you when you are studying. Why i want to do so? You are warning yourself by doing this. You will be aware that 'this things will distracts me! I must avoid it. And also you can get your concentration back.

5. Sleep well

I think you know the importance of sleeping. Most of your problem will be I am studying well but I can't remember it! Maybe the reason will be that you are not sleeping at the correct time. The things we studied will be saved in our brain when we are sleeping. So when you are not sleeping well then, the things you studied will be fastly forgotten. If you are studying without sleeping then you are hard working not smart working so,the expected results will not come. So sleep well and in correct time my dear friends!

I think it helped you!

Thank you❤

Governor Josh Shapiro joined Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner Michael Humphreys, members of the General Assembly and local pharmacists in Lawrence County to highlight the bipartisan reforms that increased oversight of pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), the hidden "middlemen" of the pharmaceutical supply chain who largely go unchecked and unregulated as they negotiate the price of prescription drugs, passing the costs down to Pennsylvanians.

Last week, Governor Shapiro signed House Bill (HB) 1993 into law, providing stronger protections for commercially insured patients in the Commonwealth and increasing regulatory oversight of PBMs.

"For too long, we've had PBMs - these unseen middlemen - manipulating and profiting off of the pharmaceutical system at the expense of consumers and our community pharmacies," said Governor Shapiro. "They've been failing to significantly reduce prices, unilaterally changing the terms of contracts with pharmacies, and picking and choosing who wins and who loses. These predatory practices have been screwing over the good people of Pennsylvania, forcing dozens of local independent pharmacies to close in the process. But my Administration and lawmakers from both parties came together to do something about it and put a stop to PBMs' unsavory practices. We've shown that we can work together and get stuff done, giving Pennsylvanians transparency and more peace of mind."

Speakers Include:

Governor Josh Shapiro

Michael Humphreys, Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner

Sen. Michele Brooks

Rep. Valerie Gaydos

Rep. Jessica Benham

UPA Government and the Mockery of 'Employment Guarantee : Participate In Public Hearing of Agricultural Labourers from all over the Country on 17 Aug , Jantar Mantar .

Six months have passed since the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA) came into being, which guaranteed .

100 days employment a year for all In 200 rural areas-to be extended eventually to all rural districts all over India. This single Act is the key showpiece of the UPA Government's 'Human Face' claims -the answer to rural poverty, migration, and starvation. As the Parliament is in its monsoon session, rural working poor from across the country have decided that the Tomorrow, at Parliament Street (Jantar Mantar), the first national Public Hearing (Jansunwal) on the NREGA will take place-.

Parliament and the nation must hear about the reality of NREGA's implementation straight from the agrarian poorthemselves. and the UPA Government's claims ofemployment guarantee will be judged in the highest court ofall-the court ofthe streets, the cburt ofthe citizens themselves! .

Melantoan 2 has been shown to increase the body’s production of melanin, your body’s natural pigmentation and defense against harmful UV rays. Certain people are born with less melanin and consequently are much more sensitive to the effects of the sun. Tanning is your body’s reaction to harmful sun rays, but burning is your body’s inability to properly protect itself. In fact over exposure to potentially dangerous amounts of UV radiation whether through recreational tanning or not can lead to skin cancer and other dangerous health problems.Melanotan 2 stimulates the production of melanin thereby minimizing the damage of harmful sun rays and also promoting a healthier richer tan that lasts and lasts.

Youth activists from across the state rallied at the Old South Church in Boston's Copley Square Thursday, demanding state and city leaders increase funding of jobs for young people and reform the juvenile justice system.

The group of predominantly teenage-activists was organized by the Youth Job Coalition, a collection of community and youth organizations from around the state.

The crowd marched from the Old South Church to Boston City Hall and then to the State House.

The Youth Job Coalition is asking Gov. Charlie Baker for $13.4 million to fund 5,000 year-round youth jobs. The group is also asking for the criminal records of youth offenders to be expunged once they turn 18 years old.

Statelessness increases vulnerability to arbitrary detention. Locked in limbo stateless people are often deprived of their liberty simply because they don’t have a nationality. Across Europe a failure by states to put in place effective systems to identify stateless people leaves thousands exposed to repeated and prolonged detention.
