This is my latest photo manipulation project. I’m trying out new style of art. Came out a little, well a lot darker and surreal then I pictured in my head. Had a lot of fun making this.

After a diving grab for a menhaden came up empty, the Green Heron returns to its base of operations on Horsepen Bayou to plan for another attempt.

I think this could be more colourful but I kept editing it and editing it so I just stopped before I ruined it!
I had a shoot somewhere else today did you notice? This was taken in Wolverhampton Park which my grandparents took me and my sister too. I thought it would've been awkward to take pictures of myself in public places with people walking past but it wasn't that bad and I think I would do it again.
I think my face looks acceptable here

portico of Via Crucis - Sacred Mountain of Ghiffa - UNESCO World Heritage Site (2003)
Il Sacro Monte di Ghiffa (o Sacro Monte della Santa Trinità) è inserito nel gruppo dei Sacri Monti prealpini inseriti nel 2003 nell'elenco dei "Patrimoni dell'umanità". Tra la fine del XVI e la metà del XVII secolo, fu concepito un piano edilizio per l'ampliamento dell'antico oratorio dedicato alla Santissima Trinità e la costruzione, attorno ad esso, di un Sacro Monte sulla collina fitta di boschi con incantevole vista sul Lago Maggiore. Altri interventi costruttivi ebbero luogo tra la metà del XVII ed il secolo successivo. Nel suo stato attuale il sacro monte comprende, oltre al santuario, tre cappelle dedicate a differenti soggetti biblici e l'elegante porticato della Via Crucis.
The Sacred Mountain of Ghiffa is a Roman Catholic devotional complex in the comune of Ghiffa, (Piedmont, northern Italy), overlooking the Lake Maggiore. It is one of the nine Sacri Monti of Piedmont and Lombardy, included in UNESCO World Heritage list.
The dedication to the mystery of the Trinity was influenced by a pre-existing small oratory on Mount Cariago. The panoramic view over the Piedmont side of Lake Maggiore displays a high level of compositional architecture and landscape research. The monumental complex is not homogeneous but remains incomplete and the authors and founders are anonymous. The Chapel of the Blessed Virgin Mary Crowned was the first to be constructed in 1647. The portico of Via Crucis, erected in the 17th century, underlines the shift from the themes of the Counter Reformation to that of the Passion of Christ.

I've noticed a lot of striking landscapes of course conform to the rule of 1/3s. I thought I'd accentuate that by darkening sky and foreground to mirror that too

Our small vacation destination is rapidly transforming, with towering skyscrapers now rising in the downtown core. It’s starting to feel more and more like a mini Vancouver, and while growth can bring opportunity, it’s also leaving long-time residents heartbroken. The push for densification is heavy, but with it come a slew of growing problems: homelessness, rising crime, inadequate infrastructure, and worsening traffic. The housing crisis, too, is only deepening as these new towers are built—yet they cater almost exclusively to the wealthy, leaving affordable housing even further out of reach. The focus seems to be on constructing the unaffordable, rather than addressing the needs of the people who have lived here for years.
