Traveled with Hawaiian Airlines on their inaugural flight to Seoul Incheon International Airport in So. Korea.
We took the Oriental Pearl II ferry from Dandong in China to Incheon near Seoul, South Korea. It was a 16 hour journey, we were the only westerners on board, and we shared our four berth compartment with a Korean lady, her four-year old daughter and her mother, as well as two Chinese gentlemen. It was cramped but fun, we laughed a lot, shared our food and watched hours of Korean soaps on TV.
Now you've seen it all! For all car enthusiasts familiar with the Lotus-built Vauxhall VX220 and the Opel Speedster, here is the Daewoo badged VX220 as displayed at Seoul Incheon Airport in 2005 shortly after the formation of GM Daewoo.
The crosswalks were large and had arrows showing you which side to stay on depending on your direction. [Incheon, Korea]
