On Monday, January 6th, 2020, the City of Malden's official Inauguration took place at the Jenkins Auditorium.
Wait...wait...who's that???
IT IS THE NEW PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, BARACK OBAMA, AND THE FIRST LADY, MICHELLE OBAMA.
The crowd went WILD, transformed into a picture snapping mosh pit, electrified despite their exhaustion that finally the President had appeared, walking down the street near our section of the parade route. I had set my camera on "repeat" and simply held down the shutter as they approached.

On Monday, January 6th, 2020, the City of Malden's official Inauguration took place at the Jenkins Auditorium.
This was an experience of a lifetime and am so glad I got to be a part of it. The freezing cold, early morning bus ride and standing for hours was COMPLETELY worth it. I wish you all could have been there with Lauren and I.

Outside the Trump Inauguration Rally at the Capitol One Arena, the day before the Inauguration. These photos were taken about an hour before the doors opened (and the rally was scheduled to start two hours after that) - so these people had already been waiting a long time, much of it in the rain.
