an extra, extra-fuzzy perspective on this disastrous movie-theater/bowling-alley hybrid we've come up with.

I wanted some convertible mitts (or glittens) this year.

more water. I was trying to photograph it every time I started after having left it a while, but here I forgot for a bit. That's why there's a tube of paint on it.

With some dirt and spray paint, this will be a pretty good stone wall.

A tap on the door by my lovely UPS man and I have a gorgeous box of beautiful roving to play with! This is Lura's 50% Shetland and 50% mohair, and I can't describe how soft it is or what a shine it has in the light. Time to get out the dyepots!

I've since put all of this clutter away...a lot of it belonged in my desk.

An hour or two after this we had it up and running!

 

Gonna reinforce a few things, but looks good so far.

 

Haven't benchmarked it, but probably will do about 150 watts continuous output

This is a sock I designed, but wasn't completely happy with the results, and it has been patiently awaiting a mate for a few months now. It's knit in Socks That Rock lightweight, color Ruby Slippers.
