Macro Mondays 'the space inbetween'
A small whisk (this part of it measures 4 cm x 2 cm) with a marble inserted inbetween the wires.
Studio 26 flash assignment. In this image, the flash is used primarily to light the sparkly background (a glitter covered greetings card) and bring out the bokeh effect. The speedlight is positioned to one side and angled slightly towards the card.

Common dolphins are medium-sized dolphins; adults range between 1.9 and 2.5 m (6.2 and 8.2 ft) long, and can weigh between 80–235 kg (176–518 lb), although the range between 80–150 kg (180–330 lb) is more common.
Males are generally longer and heavier. The color pattern on the body is unusual. The back is dark and the belly is white, while on each side is an hourglass pattern colored light grey, yellow, or gold in front and dirty grey in back. They have long, thin rostra with up to 50–60 small, sharp, interlocking teeth on each side of each jaw

As this peacock was turning, I felt like there was a story to tell. From the front, he looks one way, very colorful and royal. From the back, he looks monotone and totally different. This photo shows him inbetween, neither here nor there.

Holding the old hickory cane my father used. He found it in the cow lane. Was kept in the tractor shed years before he used it. Was at his side for years before passing at age 95.
Amidst the narrow lanes of Dharavi, which carries the infamous tag of being one of the largest slums in Asia.

I love that moment in time between the night and the dawn. In this shot the sunrise is not far away (about an hour) but it is still possible to see the stars in the sky, and even a few remaining parts of the Milky Way.
The bright light above the horizon is Venus, with the faint light of Mercury below and to her right.
