Another drawing from safehouse, watching, listening and responding to improvising musicians

Mal wieder ein Foto, welches absolut ungeplant war.

Vor dieser schönen Insel wächst ein toller Baum, welchen ich mir als Motiv ausgesucht hatte. Der Abend war einfach traumhaft schön und so bin ich an „meinem“ Baum gestanden, die Kamera war ausgerichtet und ich habe auf den richtigen Moment gewartet.

Kurz bevor die Sonne untergegangen ist, kam dann allerdings ein älterer Herr, welcher mir erstmal erzählt hat, dass es auch schon einen tollen Regenbogen gab und es wohl angeblich einen ebenso tollen Regebogen gegeben haben muss, als die Queen verstorben ist. Danach hat er sich zielgerichtet an den Baum und mir ins Bild gesetzt. Ob das die Strafe dafür war, dass meine Reaktion mit „jetzt ist es ja auch noch schön“ nicht dramatisch genug gewesen ist, er es wirklich nicht realisiert hat, dass er mir mein Foto kaputt macht, oder es ihm schlicht egal war, weiß ich nicht.

Nachdem ich ein wenig überlegt habe, ob ich ihn entweder ansprechen und bitten soll, sich ein paar Meter weiter hin zu setzen – immerhin hätte man von dort den Sonnenuntergangs genauso gut bewundern können oder ob sein Verhalten als „ja, du darfst mich fotografieren“ gewertet werden kann, habe ich mir doch ein anderes Motiv gesucht und bin im letzten Moment bei dieser Insel gelandet. Und für den Baum werde ich einfach einen neuen Anlauf starten müssen.

Barramundi filet marinated in soy, Maggi, GFresh 'Thai Seasoning', juice of 1/6 lime, and crushed garlic; accompanied by potato chunks marinated in olive oil, GFresh 'Ozzie Outback' seasoning (hard to find), lemon juice, salt, pepper and roasted 10 minutes covered in a combi microwave 1/180°, another 20 minutes uncovered after being tossed in the marinade again.

Topped with chopped green onions and coriander.
