ImprovAZ - Where's Waldo 2011
On April 22, 2011, roughly 100 red and white striped shirts appeared on the scene of Tempe Market Place looking for their friend Waldo.
On December 12, ImprovAZ executed the mp3 Experiment. Participants downloaded an audio file which told them what to do for roughly 20 mins. at 2p in Tempe, AZ. Participants met, skipped, drew their bows, died, blew bubbles, and high fived through Tempe's Mill Ave. Roughly 100 "agents" participated.

November 17, 2012 ImprovAZ set up another flash mob. This one had a slight twist to it. It required several things: a costume, a downloaded audio file, and headphones. Participants downloaded on of two files that would lead them through the streets of Scottsdale, following the directions from the file. The group all started at the same time. One group was the "heros" and the other "villians".

There are a lot of organized zombie walks these days, but we wondered what people would do if a zombie outbreak happened somewhere they really didn't expect.
To find out, we organized a small group of pranksters to invade the Arizona canal to scare and entertain unsuspecting runners at 7am! We picked a section of the trail that's a common route for runners and bikers who are training for races this coming winter. We thought a little Zombie outbreak might give them some extra motivation to run fast!

#NoPantsAZ is part of Improv Everywhere and ImprovAZ.com. Participants shed their pants and ride the light rail from the ends of the line to (this year) downtown Tempe.
