Jesus’ friends thought that they had shut Jesus up, and they were very sad. But that next Sunday morning, Jesus appeared and was alive and well! His friends felt so much joy! That is what we celebrate on Easter. God’s love cannot be defeated and cannot be taken away, even when things are hard. There is always hope. Let’s thank God for that.
