The Eagle EDS facilities meet the highest level of Human Rights detention housing while being processed into the U.S. The facility offers climate comfort, security and personal hygiene while waiting to comply with our legal and international obligations. The EDS system can be moved to accommodate other national regions of immigration detentions. We must be prepared for traditional, seasonal increases in illegal migration. These facilities will provide invaluable surge capacity should apprehensions of adults with children once again surge.

Organized by School of the Americas Watch, this gathering along the US / Mexico border wall brings people together over a 3 day weekend to look at current and historic US interventions in Latin America and the effects of US immigration policies.
Attorney Yuri Tsyganov, the founding partner of The Law Offices of Yuri Tsyganov, PL., was born and raised in the Russian Federation and is proficient in written and spoken Russian. He received dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Russian Studies from Rutgers University. Mr. Tsyganov was consistently on the Dean’s List and was a member of the Rutgers’s Pre-Law Society. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor Professional Expereince from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center where he was a Student Bar Association representative. While in law school, Mr. Tsyganov competed in the prestigious Williem C. Vis International Arbitration Competition in Vienna, Austria.
