If these adventures with my Son were to teach me anything, it is the importance of imagination. Our young ones have imagination with heightened potency. Watching and following him weaving a way through his ideas and intentions was all I ever required for creative visualisation and ultimately manifestation. My Son made it easy for me to embrace the present and highlighted the fact that good ideas need not require force. Which reminds me again of our friend Monsieur Cartier-Bresson and what he taught us about intuition creating the composition: the art succeeds because of the humanity of our thinking, the coincidence of being in the right place and how you view the world.
This was completed before the " what used to be " rendition. This was the first work that I have completed using an Albrecht Durer pencil from Faber Castell. I actually have no idea what difference it does. Except that I liked seeing different shades of a single color can bring out a form. The concept was from a postcard which no one knows where from and where it is now. I was motivated to render my version beacuse this is how I go about with life. I start evrything complicatd with a not so solemn prayer. Just to find out that I am still praying for the ending even if its already here. I like how a child tends to teach his bear how to pray, as if he already knew what it does.
