Back to the realm of colors folks! Since everywhere I look now I can see only white snow and half dead trees, I had to pull something from the colorful days! This was taken on the streets of Newbury Port. I came across a garden full of amazing flowers, but unfortunately it was private property, so I couldn't get in. I set up my tripod just outside the fens and was all set to shoot. That's when the owner of the house decided to arrive! She was quite baffled at my elaborate preparation, but later when I told her about my intentions, she looked rather flattered! I took her e-mail address and mailed her some of the photos later.

this flower is called .... an umbrella

Your imagination is the most efficient spooky engine there is... you just feed it with a photo, a detail and off you go, right?

Golden Pavilion, Kyoto, Japan.

Golden Pavilion in Kyoto is one of the most visited attractions: it is noisy and very crowded. So it presents quite a challenge to show its startling beauty, find a solitude and avoid people in the frame. Unless you shoot the reflections, let the water ripples take care of the details and let you imagination do its magic…..

A Slinky is a toy pre-compressed helical spring invented by Richard James.

It can perform a number of tricks, including travelling down a flight of steps end-over-end as it stretches and re-forms itself with the aid of gravity and its own momentum.

I see some other objects in them... LOL

My imagination on the loose again...

This image is a montage with the capture I made in the city of Plasencia (Cáceres-Extremadura), of this person "Copper Man", who made a living in front of a cold granite wall as an sculpture in the city center of Plasencia (Cáceres-Extremadura)

In my opinion and from the first moment, I always imagined such a fantastic silhouette, walking in front of other backgrounds, this is one of them, and not motionless in front of a granite wall, to earn a few euros a day... Things of mine and my imagination!

Logic will get you from A to Z; imagination will get you everywhere.

Mother Nature's imagination constantly astounds and amazes. This is the underside of a leaf I collected ... I was just bowled over by the rainbow colours!!!

All I've done here is increase contrast, brightness, saturation (slightly) and cleaned it up and voila! This is how it really is!!!

For Macro Mondays - Imagination.

This dream was created using someone else's prompts and my own image. I love the colors, otherwise it is just weird.

Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life's coming attractions.

"A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies. The man who never reads lives only one." - George R.R. Martin

-----

I didn't really feel like venturing out into the rain today; so after coming home from breakfast with Dad, I decided to clean the house... which turned into cleaning the bookshelves.

Which resulted in books being EVERYWHERE, I may have an addiction, so I did what any rational adult would do.

I built a fort and hung out while procrastinating sorting through them to put back on the bookcase.

Eventually I managed to motivate myself and got the books back on the shelves, I still have another bookcase to tackle... but that can wait for another rainy day.

Hope everyone has had a good day!

The tree which moves some to tears of joy is in the eyes of others only a

green thing that stands in the way. Some see Nature all ridicule and

deformity, and some scarce see Nature at all. But to the eyes of the

man of imagination, Nature is Imagination itself. - William Blake
