Had to take an infrared picture to capture the ghosts...but whatever works.

I downloaded a new free iPhone application from the History Channel called "Life After People" that is based on the new History Channel series by that name. The application lets you add plants, cracks, dirt, and feral animals to images you take with your iPhone camera. So I couldn't resist aging a picture with a statue of Julius Caesar in it! I wish the application would let you age images you have in your photo collection but it only looks at your camera roll on your iPhone. I called Apple to see if there was a way to move a photo uploaded from your computer to the camera roll but their tech support says no. So, I guess I'll have to contact the app developer and suggest an upgrade to include this feature. Now we need a Flickr Group to share all of the photos aged with "Life After People!"

My daughter took both of these photos on her class trip to New York City....but not exactly like this. I couldn't resist having some fun.

This is a part of a series (from 1998 I think) that I never really finished, it kind of just faded away. And I never really made my mind up about the name.

Flawed attempt to dramatize a stormy picture of houses in Maine by the sea. I made this image a few months ago and forgot about it until I came across it as a thumbnail - and had no idea what it was! Its not how I wanted it to come out, but upon seeing it again decided to post it. This is flickr, and if I waited for something to be perfect I'd never post anything.

A decorative planter on a table at a nearby eatery became a subject for several image manipulations with the software app called Affinity Photo 2.
