Strength: There are no distracting elements in the background .

Weakness: The depth of field is slightly too shallow for the entirety of the focal point to be crisp. I should have increased the f/stop.

Weakness: The ring is a little too shiny and keeps drawing the eye back to it. I should have had him take it off or tried to adjust it in Lightroom.

Weakness: The color palette could be better. It might be better if the sleeve was a complementary color instead.

Strength: The handle of the bike creates a diagonal across the image and the hand bisects it.
