Not sure where Uncle Chester is, nor which Marine Corps uniform he is wearing. His tour was from 1910 - 1914 and included a cruise on the USS West Virginia (ACR-5) to Hawaii (Pearl Harbor has been a US Navy Base since 1899). He was also stationed at Mare Island, California.
