Les illes medes amb un toc fantasmagòric, mig amagades per la boira que s'estenia sobre el mar. Semblava que en qualsevol moment hagués d'aparèixer la perla negra.
The Medes Islands covered by the fog... It seemed like in any moment the Black Pearl would appear from nowhere.
The River Ill a tribute or the River Rhine, in the Krutenau District of Strasbourg, France.
Situated to the south of the main island it once crisscrossed by canals was traditionally the boatmen’s and fishermen’s quarter, as recalled by its street names including rue St-Nicolas-aux-Ondes or rue de la Tour des Pêcheurs.
Close to the university Krutenau is a village like area with global eateries, hip book and craft stores, and tattoo parlours. The Alsatian Museum has displays on art, folklore, and rural life, while the Cave des Hospices runs tours in a 14th-century hospital wine cellar.
It is home to the municipal baths, the Higher School of the Decorative Arts with its attractive fresco-decorated façade, the Zoological Museum and the Zurichois fountain amongst others. It is today popular for its contemporary bars and restaurants, art galleries and fashionable shops, which combine to make this warm and friendly area with a village atmosphere one of Strasbourg’s liveliest and most pleasant districts.

Last week I've been ill. Very ill. I perhaps risked my life. But I survived. (It's true!!!)
The thruth is that Wolverine s***s it to me. ;-)
Sorry, but sometimes my passion for comics comes out...
Jerry has had stomach problems for 24 hours so we went to Immediate Care. The doctor told him that any of the medications he's taking could cause this, gave him a presription for some medicine that should help the nausia, and sent him on his way. Jerry said the doctor seemed very bored.
I'm off work today ill. Everything's just got on top of me recently and I need a day to just relax.
(Sorry about the bad photo! My hand was shaking while trying to take them)

Medes Islands
The Medes Islands are an archipelago located in the Mediterranean Sea, specifically on the Costa Brava, located not much more than one kilometer from the coast of L'Estartit. Administratively, the Medes Islands belong to the municipality of Torroella de Montgrí, in the Baix Empordà region, in the north-east of Catalonia.
The Medes Islands are part of the Montgrí Natural Park, the Medes Islands and the Baix Ter.
The archipelago is, in fact, one of the most important areas of natural interest in the Mediterranean and is a large reserve of marine fauna and flora.
The only building in the archipelago is on the main island, Meda Gran, and is the Meda Lighthouse, which is currently uninhabited.

Today was my first day back at school! Everything went well- I only have one class in which I know nobody, which is good :)
But I didn't have a binder, no pencils, no backpack, nothing. Only my purse and my camera. Never have I been so ill-equpped for school. Who's hitting OfficeMax tonight? Yeah, me.
And I'm really sorry in advance if I happen to somewhat disappear now that schools back. Its all really time consuming. And now I'm in yearbook and theatre has starting making me work afterschool and blah blah blah. But you guys know I adore you :)
Oh and... I really wish I had a camcorder of SOME SORT because it was seriously the most hilarious shoot. With my blindfold on, I walked over to my bed where my tripod was, found the selftimer, clicked the shutter release, and then within ten seconds I stumbled over the where the tv was, grabbed the outlet, fixed my hair, and posed. Half the time, I was falling off the tv in the shot :)
The overlayed image is a map. I thought it would be cool to have the green tones on the map including all the roads/rivers represent the "blood stream" and "illness"
This is the pitiful remains of a once successful and wealthy farm near Sterling,IL. The farmer used concrete markers and fenceposts around his property, one sign of his success. The operation was comprised of several farms and over a thousand acres-now only one is still in operation.
Most of the concrete fenceposts are broke and most of these markers are gone to make way for today's bigger machinery. What's left is a sad reminder of what was,and what has been lost....
in the heart of the slums comes a face i found so intriguing and compelling.
A life of broken dreams, poverty, rags, cardboard and makeshift huts.

Oberschwaben in Süddeutschland ...
Upper Swabia in southern Germany ... fields and lush green meadows alternate with forests and fertile orchards, here and there flashes a pond or a small lake, hill joins hill gently. In between, pretty villages and small towns interspersed, castles, monasteries and chapels and the distant Alps, with hair dryer at your fingertips.
