My intuition has always said No thx to me in eating fruits during the day, I have bought fruits, "because it's good for you" and I have thrown them away over and over again.
Mark has knowledge about all kinds of stuff and he eats another breakfast then I have ever done. So I became curious, and that's a good start for a change.
And at the same time I read that you should eat your fruits in the morning, like he does.
It all came into its place, now I understand why my intuition stopped me.
Usually people will only eat a fruit after dinner, to look at it as a dessert. But it's the worst time to eat them. Most of the nutrients are lost during digestion. This is thanks to the fermentation of the sugar content.
It is not a good idea to eat fruits when you want during the day either because they contain a substance called fructose that the body converts into glucose and energy. If you do not use it, it will be stored in your body as fat.
From a nutritional point of view, eating fruit in the evening will not help you with weight loss just as it does during the day.
This is because fruit helps speed up metabolism, but it only happens when you are active. If you lie on the couch or in the bed and sleep, your metabolism will always work slower.
Fruit provides:
Calcium
Phosphorus
Iron
Antioxidants
Sugar
Fat (in small quantities)
Carbohydrates
Vitamins
Fruits have a low fat content, so it's not a good idea to just limit yourself to these foods in the morning. Your body also needs carbohydrates, and especially fiber.

I love this breakfast.
My breakfast contains of a couple of different variety of fruits, maybe slicing them so I have them for a couple of days, home baked bread, egg and a drinking non-sweeted yogurt.
So, when you eat fruit for breakfast, it's a great way to start your day with a healthy dose of natural energy and you don't ruin it on the way through your body.
I bet my body is smiling all the way 😄🤔😊😂😅

The sheer size and scope of this old Victorian mansion makes it difficult to get a handle on photographically. I've been here before and it's literally overwhelming to be in the presence of this house. So many architectural details compete for the eye's attention, coupled with the sheer enormity of the place. Intuition brought me back here yesterday, on a bleak and raw day. My senses were sharpened by the cold. I focused on an old wrought iron sign bracket in the side yard, and allowed the house to recede a bit into the background. I crouched low to enhance the sense of the house looming and brooding. The overall atmosphere could not have been better.

Three days before Halloween, I was leaving work when I heard a distant train horn. Usually, I’m not one to detour over to the Vegreville Subdivision, but for some reason, I decided I may as well. Evening traffic slowed me down, and by the time I neared the Highway 15 underpass, tank cars were already rolling over it. Then, just as I was about to go under, what do I see but CN’s EJ&E heritage unit flying overhead on the tail end! I caught up to them at Beamer Junction, where they continued north to Cando’s Sturgeon Terminal. The train crept along, stopping and starting as they waited for signals and switches. This gave me ample time to follow close behind, taking as many photos as I could for the roughly one mile chase, before the train tucked itself away in the terminal.
This photo was taken just after the DPU cleared the first crossing on the spur. Usually, power lines annoy me for photos, but for some reason here, I almost like how they break up the monotony of the sky.

Die erste Intuition beim lesen einer Flickr - Bildbeschreibung mit dem englischen " Wort " Bulb " ist mir als erstes die manuelle Langzeitbelichtung eingefallen . Tolle Idee mal am sehr späten Abend das umzusetzen ! --- gesagt , - getan ..... Das das englische " bulb " auch Glühlampe bedeutet habe ich erst am frühen Morgen erfahren . 😄 /// würde mal behaupten , es wurde beides ganz erfolgreich umgesetzt . 😉😄📷

The first intuition when I reading a Flickr image description with the English word "bulb" came to mind as the first , that it was meaning the manual long exposure. Great idea to implement this at now in very late in the evening today ! --- said, - done..... That, that English "bulb" also means incandescent lamp I only found out early in the morning. 😄 /// I would say that both were implemented very successfully. 😉😄📷 Thank you for your interest . The month of May fills me with a sense of hope and optimism. The landscape is filled with new growth, blossoms, and the trees leafing out. The bare trees that punctuated my yard for the past several months have now filled in. The effect is one of being closed in as the distant views through the woodland are now just a monolith of foliage. Always takes a week or so to adjust to this feeling of being cloistered. Soon enough my mind simply accepts it as normal, and I cruise merrily along until late autumn when my senses are once again jolted when the trees are laid bare.
Anyway back to my seasonal optimism, the pinnacle of which is planting the garden. Truly a labor of love, cultivating the planting beds and nurturing seeds to the point at which I set them into the ground. The oneness with nature and the good feelings of initiating growth are overwhelming. Yet even in the midst of this my mind often wanders to the end of the planting season. I get stark visualizations of the plants all withering and me there yanking them unceremoniously out of the ground. I get about three good months out of this if I'm lucky before it all slips away. I know then I will look back to now, a relatively short time in weeks, but a vast gulf my life. Have to force myself at times to just stay in the moment.
I hadn't been back to this little spot since I lived in Colorado Springs last year. I had no idea when I made the drive from Castle Rock to Springs over the weekend if there would be much left here but my intuition told me to take a chance and I'm so glad I did. Now before you go thinking I'm in denial about Winter, I'm not! Really. But Colorado weather can be extremely tricky. As the joke around here goes, "If you don't like Colorado weather just wait fifteen minutes because it will change!" :-D The day started in Castle Rock almost hot in the low to mid 70s. We had a fun day walking downtown Castle Rock before we headed to Springs for this spot. Once we got to Springs however the temps dropped down to around 50 and cloudy. I felt much gratification at finding some traces of Autumn left . It is dry and brownish but it is still Autumn and I still love it!;)

Ist freilich bei vielen (guten) Bildern immer so, aber hier hatte ich doch besonderes Glück.
Ein normaler Sonnenaufgang sollte es eigentlich werden
(Bild unten) und ich hatte mich mit meiner Liebsten danach zum Frühstück verabredetet, doch ich musste sie vertrösten.
Der anfängliche NebelTeppich des Elbtales hatte sich nämlich verwirbelt und hielt sich schließlich nur noch im Wald. Eine Situation, die man(n) sich nicht entgehen lassen darf. So kam es, dass ich auf dem Rückweg doch noch mal einen Umbogen machte und schließlich hier, am Durchbruch zwischen 2 Felsen, noch einen Durchbruch erleben durfte.
