Ibises are a group of long-legged wading birds in the family Threskiornithidae, that inhabit wetlands, forests and plains. Ibises usually feed as a group, probing mud for food items, usually crustaceans. It is widespread across much of Australia. It has a predominantly white plumage with a bare, black head, long down curved bill and black legs. They are monogamous and highly territorial while nesting and feeding. Most nest in trees, often with spoonbills or herons. Due to its increasing presence in the urban environment and its habit of rummaging in garbage, the species has acquired a variety of colloquial names such as tip turkey; and bin chicken, and in recent years has become an icon of popular culture, being regarded with passion, wit, and, in equal measure, affection and disgust. 40503
Intelligence is a privilege , and it needs to be used for the greater good of people * Doctor Octopus*
It's the first person I could think of when seeing the octopus looking tentacles of CX , dr octopus from Spiderman. These arms are lovely bento animated , smooth movements and really beautiful to simply look and admire.

As with all tigers, the white Bengal tiger's stripes are like fingerprints, with no two tigers having the same pattern. The stripes of the tiger are a pigmentation of the skin; if an individual were to be shaved, its distinctive coat pattern would still be visible.

LES GRANDS JARDINS (meaning The Great Gardens)
This image stands out as an exception in my photographic practice. Ordinarily, my images don’t refer to places, but rather to ideas and philosophical reflections on nature and life. Yet, this image and its title, Grands Jardins, designate a national park in Quebec, perfectly recognizable here, in the Charlevoix region.
Why this exception? Because the Grands Jardins represents a love story for me and for many other visitors and residents of the region. We feel reborn, reconnected to our Earth, our gaze fixed on an infinite sea of mountains and valleys, while keeping our feet firmly in control to avoid trampling the lichens and other plants of the boreal forest.
Despite this grandeur, life there remains modest, fragile, yet touching. It inspires us to pay attention to small things and to inhabit it with respect. In turn, it moves us and envelops us in this aura of mystery and beauty that only an immersive experience can help us understand, without being able to translate it into words.

Note: I took this photo on the trail leading to the summit of Mont du Lac des Cygnes. A bright break in the clouds pierces a stormy sky in the late afternoon.

'But the proles, if only they could somehow become conscious of their own strength. would have no need to conspire. They needed only to rise up and shake themselves like a horse shaking off flies. If they chose they could blow the Party to pieces tomorrow morning. Surely sooner or later it must occur to them to do it? And yet—!' - 1984
