I suppose it's perspective, but any problems I thought I had seemed somewhat insignificant out here.

Calm, serenity and ray of light. October's nature is unusually beautiful. I love autumn. This is the quietest and most serene time of the year. There is no summer fuss and brightness, but still warm. And quiet. Very quiet.

In keeping with the idea of posting photos that celebrate friendship, this is dedicated to my friend Experiments in Dreaming , whose photos are filled bits of insight, messages from the unconscious, and unsinkable hope.
This portal of light was created by using a soft focus filter on my Helios 85mm lens. It gives a strange aura to luminous points in the photo, and when done right, it adds a healthy dose of magic to an image.
