The people at Impossible Project held a open house and I was invited to join the tour of the factory. The place once employed 1200 people at the hight of the Polaroid days. Now just 36 people are the Impossible Project. All of them passionate, dedicated and giving their all to keep us Polaroid camera users happy with film. Daunting task and after the visit I have nothing but respect for people achieving the impossible.

Blue roses are symbol of an impossible dream - especially the most beautiful and fantastic dream. Once having seen figures come to life in paintings of da Vinci and Hongdo Kim, I have drawn my fantasy hoping it would come true someday. In my sketchbooks, impossible dreams rises with bubbles of fairy tale blue, just as Venus came out from foams in the painting of Sandro Boticelli.

I find it impossible to look at a picture of Abby like this and not smile.....so thanks for that today, Abby.
It was near impossible to get decent photos of the sea stacks at Reynisdrangar rock formations when we were there. It was hard enough just to get out of the jeep. The winds were so high that it felt like you were being sand blasted as soon as you got out of the jeep. Blowing sand, sea spray, and sleet are not good for cameras.... and not fun to stand in.

My impossible wishlist:
too expensive/limited/soldout dresses, shoes, jewels and accessories for dollfies.
Come perdere tempo cercando abiti, scarpe, accessori per dollfie sapendo di non poterli avere. Perchè sono troppo costosi o appartengono a doll in versione limitata, o semplicemente perchè sono sold out!
Taken on June 18th 2011, first day moving into our new apartment.
Photo of photo taken September 13th 2011.
The film has reddened and darkened over time, losing it's sharpness, and white dots appearing across the film (likely due to the images being placed on the wall and exposed to sun).
I exposed as normal, and should have overexposed a little.
