El CECUT, Centro Cultural Tijuana, la Bola.
Una de las obras arquitectónicas mas significativas del Modernismo Regional Mexicano, del Brutalismo Mexicano, de lo que el Estilo Internacional provoco en México.
Diseñado por el Arquitecto Pedro Ramírez Vázquez, se construyo entre 1980 y 1982.
"La Bola" es un cine cúpula IMAX, o "Omnimax", el interior le es fiel al exterior.
Tristemente, la fuente que rodea a la bola nunca esta funcionando.
El interior del museo es un espacio muy inflexible que consiste de varios espacios a desnivel y una rampa continua que se eleva sirviendo como un segundo piso o un segundo nivel, pero la rampa termina en sus dos extremos como caracol. Como edificio esto es una belleza, producto directo de la memoria colectiva Mexicana, como museo fue diseñado para una utopía socialista la cual México nunca llego a ser.

Mingle Media TV's Red Carpet Report team were invited to cover the Divergent Premiere Red Carpet at the Regency Bruin Theatre in Westwood, CA. Fans were lined up along the red carpet with signs filled with excitement for this movie which will be in theaters and IMAX March 21.

Proving at least one ticket was sold. Whether the screening went ahead without any hitches is not recorded.
I like to think there was a happy ending, but i fear the worst.
I think my city dwelling friends will concur, Star Trek IMAX is worth the drive out towards IAD.
Tonight we went to see Star Trek at the Udvar-Hazy. It was really awesome (read some instant reviews/feedback on Twitter). There was a bit of line standing involved though and being unable to send Tweets or post photos to Flickr we were reduced to making conversation amongst ourselves. I also made a list of a few Things I forgot to bring (or wear) to Star Trek:
- My badge from work still tucked into my shirt pocket
- Very well worn Goddard Space Center sweatshirt (actually kind of cool)
- A t-shirt with a Federation logo on the left breast (any color)
- A t-shirt with "Star Trek" written on it
- Girlfriend with matching "Star Trek" t-shirt
- "Live Long And Prosper" t-shirt (homemade) (also kind of cool)
- "Resistance is futile" t-shirt
- Battlestar Gallactica t-shirt
- Autobot t-shirt
- Old school, blue star fleet uniform
- Death ray
- Laptop playing still more Star Trek

After looking at the smut that is the cover of Smithsonian Magazine:

Guy has been sitting/resting on the floor with his girlfriend (wife?). Guy rubs her back. Then runs hand under her shirt and up her back. Then snaps her bra. Then slaps her ass. Stay classy Star Trek nerds!
