This is a severe crop from a photo of a Cypress tree at Lake Verret. This little section of the tree caught my attention while I was processing, and just wouldn't let go!
Looks like something from a Grimm's fairy tale!
#10 in the Window Worlds series
Water-stained beige Kraft paper plus reflections.
The Kraft paper is applied to the window from within, hiding the view into an empty, covid shuttered business.
Condensation between the window glass and the paper freezes during winter nights and melts during sunny days, with the meltwater running down, creating the elongated "coffee stain effect once the water dries up on the paper. (I turned the image sideways, so that's not obvious.)
The green and blue colors are the reflections from trees across the street, and a bit of blue sky.

Another smoky Wyoming photo... I've changed the color of smoke to resemble the morning fog. This place seemed to be in a desperate need of some sort of moisture--even the imaginary one!
