I shot the restaurant, Pas Tu, for the dining feature in the February 2010 issue of Newport Beach Magazine. I snapped a few shots of the dishes as well as the restaurant and the owner/chef herself. For this shot I used a Canon EOS 30D with a 50mm lens. I use one strobe from above with a snoot.
