Help! Cujo 1 & Cujo 2 Have Me Trapped In The Kitchen - IMRAN™
I was (supposed to be) in third year of electronics engineering studies in Lahore, Pakistan, in 1983 when the horror thriller movie Cujo cane out. But I was too busy being Chief Organizer of QSF, the largest independent students federation in the country, fighting against now-dead dog treasonous dictator General Zia and his & the CIA’s joint creations, the rabid dogs of armed fundamentalist terrorists, who plague the planet even almost 40 years later. So I never actually saw the movie.
But tonight, with my well-fed dogs Kennedy and K2 apparently lazily dozing, I had finished a midnight snack at the kitchen counter. When I got up I had to laugh when I saw this scene.
It seemed they had both taken up positions in identical poses at two of the entrances to the right and left of the kitchen, like Cujo 1 and Cujo 2, with menacing eyes questioning why they didn’t get snacks at the same time.
Fortunately, K(1) & K2 were only interested in going out for a midnight walk, and I was able to safely escape the kitchen. 😄

Maybe this is a sign of the times but I think it is completely unnecessary. Beer lovers and wine lovers are mature enough to get along and they can learn from each other. :-)

Humor Monastery located in Mănăstirea Humorului, about 5 km north of the town of Gura Humorului, Romania. It is a monastery for nuns dedicated to the Dormition of Virgin Mary, or Theotokos. It was constructed in 1530 by Voievod Petru Rareş and his chancellor Teodor Bubuiog. The monastery was built over the foundation of a previous monastery that dated from around 1415. The Humor monastery was closed in 1786 and was not reopened until 1990.
The church has been inscribed by UNESCO on its list of World Heritage Sites, as one of the Painted churches of Moldavia.
To honor the Brickworld 2014 theme: "Candy, Sweet Escapes" is this icon of 1950's American childhood: the Good Humor ice-creme truck. This model is a minifig scale version of the prototype used in the Doomtown sequence of "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull." Its presence in the film contrasted the horror of atomic testing with the innocence of suburban life.
Custom stickers and chrome-plated elements are used extensively. Innovative use of a white structural sticker for the front wheel wells. The rear tail lights use circular pieces discarded from Belleville foam elements inserted into 1x1 round plates. The "bomb pop" is a Friends lipstick with two thin stickers applied.
I have been purging my massive files for days. Found this oldie and decided to keep it just for laughs. I remember finding this art work on the back of an old semi- trailer in Chatt.,Tn.

This is probably my best shot of Tuesdays strawberry moon. It only looked like this for about 5 seconds, so if you weren't looking you would have missed it. I guess I was lucky!
