During our Spring trip to Oregon, I primarily planned to explore the Samuel H. Boardman Scenic Corridor, with a couple of detours to Bandon and the Umpqua Forest. I assumed the weather would be best at the scenic corridor, but the day trip to Bandon ended up being a delightful surprise. Unlike previous visits, we experienced clear skies that evening. As the sun began to set behind the sea stacks, I quickly put my lens to its longest focal length and snapped a few photos. My aim was to fill the frame with as many sea stacks as possible while positioning the setting sun in one of the gaps. I loved the result, especially the golden hues and the almost ancient-looking coastline.

There is so much in the universe that inspires, and for this image,
it started with a suit.

To complete the looks, I always like to add pieces by the talented Masa over at Deadwool. Here you can see his very snazzy Bowler Hat and Dandy Shoes, as well as the well worn Ulrich Boots on my teasing friend. And, no look is complete without a great haircut. I’m sporting Deadwool’s Undercut Hair and my teammate wears INK’s Shuto Hair.

Hear N' Aid se creó en 1985 como un proyecto benéfico para recaudar fondos contra la hambruna en África. La iniciativa, impulsada por la escena del heavy metal y hard rock, fue una respuesta solidaria similar a otros macroproyectos de la época como Band Aid o USA for Africa.
Los detalles clave del proyecto incluyen...
*Los impulsores: La idea original fue concebida por los músicos Jimmy Bain y Vivian Campbell (ambos compañeros de Ronnie James Dio en la banda Dio).

Hear N' Aid was created in 1985 as a charity project to raise funds against famine in Africa. The initiative, promoted by the heavy metal and hard rock scene, was a solidarity response similar to other macro projects of the time such as Band Aid or USA for Africa.
Key project details include...
*The Drivers: The original idea was conceived by musicians Jimmy Bain and Vivian Campbell (both of Ronnie James Dio's bandmates in the band Dio). Leadership: Legendary vocalist Ronnie James Dio not only co-wrote the song "Stars," but led, organized and convened some 40 musicians from multiple bands.
*Star participation: It brought together figures from very popular groups of the 80s such as Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Quiet Riot, Mötley Crüe, Dokken, Yngwie Malmsteen and Blue Öyster Cult.
*Results: He broke gender stereotypes demonstrating the solidarity of the metal community, managing to raise more than $3 million dollars for hunger relief on the African continent.

After some initial threatening gestures, this swan settled into a humble and graceful demeanor before me. I was able to capture it in this beautiful pose from a low perspective, perfectly reflecting its elegance and serene presence.

In the image created by Nesterov, the beautiful face of the Virgin Mary is full of maternal happiness, kindness and humility.

The iconostasis of the chapel in the choir consists of a black marble base with golden veins, double columns of gray marble, connected by a Gordian knot, with white carved capitals. Above the columns are beautifully carved massive arches made of white marble with inlay in the form of a wide belt of reddish marble. Iconostasis the upper aisle, in contrast to the main iconostasis, has both northern and southern doors.

Іконостас вівтаря на хорах складається з цоколя чорного мармуру із золотистими жилками, із подвійних колон із сірого мармуру, пов'язаних гордієвим вузлом, із білими різьбленими капітелями. Над колонами - чудово різані масивні арки з білого мармуру з інкрустацією у вигляді широкого пояса з червоного мармуру. Іконостас верхнього бічного вівтаря на відміну від головного іконостасу, має і північні, і південні двері.
In this period of Arctic summer, I cannot help remembering my trip in Greenland 2 years ago. I plan to return there in 2023, and hope that the effect of the global warming will not be too visible.
