HUMAN the film has been compiled using youtube, news archive and other footage sources, it looks at the different aspects of the system we live and work in including the government, politics, money, war, healthcare and other social issues. this film is about the world in which we reside and the systems that govern it. This was a thin slice through a (real) person encased in perspex, so you could look at a cross section of the body. At the Wellcome Collection.
Polycarve, then fibreglassed for a working model of a degenarative bone repair technique. Work produced for and @ Specialist Models Cardiff.
For my final shot I decided to do a triple exposure. the blue on the left side of the image represents sadness, the yellowish one int he middle represents happiness and the red on the right represents anger. I see this picture and it reminds me that many people might seem happy on the outside but on the inside they might be about to burst from their emotions.
More of the human cockroaches. In this area of Shanghai, garbage bins are placed in the rear of bldgs, which are then collected and dumped into alleys. People like this guy shown then pick thru the garbage. This guy was picking anything that had meat on it, and placing it onto a plate. I did not ask him why: and I hope not for human consumption. But others re-use wasted cooking oil for human consumption, so one cannot be sure how this guy re-used the wasted meats. 2011
My Minette unicenta body came home today (along with my split partner's doll; she's also getting the unicenta head, and another split partner's outfit and wig!).
