Today a year since the first time i posted photo on flickr

 

many things that i can learn on flickr....about nature, customs & traditions, foods from many countries and also humankind with various activity.

Those are very interesting for me

 

This time i want to say......

 

especially thanks to ARI....someone that the first time introduced me bout flickr and many times he asked me to share photos the beauty of clouds that were we admired.

I did it and not only clouds i shared it :D

Dear Ari.......thank you so much for your kindness and you never tired to support me although you in pain, I love you and may Allah bless you.

Robins are widely distributed in Britain & Ireland throughout the year, from Shetland to the Channel Islands, apart from on the highest mountain tops. Robin breeding numbers increased through the last part of the 20th century and have been fairly stable since, albeit with some fluctuations.

 

The Robin is both a resident and also a migrant visitor to Britain during the winter months, when birds from northern and eastern Europe help to swell numbers. During particularly cold weather this pugnacious little bird can be seen sharing bird tables with several other Robins, all of them trying to defend the food source they have found.

For the second Division Finale round "Fantasy Folklore" Tara created a tribute to Slavic mythology and brings on stage a lovely, respectful, and divine image of... TARA the Slavic Goddess of the Guiding Star. She was the youngest daughter of Perun, sister of Tarkh-Dazhdbog, and patron-protector of Belovodye (the territory of Western Siberia) is called together with Eastern Siberia as “The Great Tartaria” (this name existed on world maps till 18th century), that is the land of Tarkh and Tara.

 

Name "TARA" we can find in many other world mythologies, most closest are Indian and Sumerian. Goddess Tara (sanskrit "savior") is considered a special patroness of women, bringing them knowledge and protection on their spiritual path. The main symbolic colors of this goddess are White - giving longevity and Green - protecting from misfortunes and troubles. This goddess was filled with love, attention, care, kindness, and tenderness. She showed all these feelings to both nature and Humankind. At times, the Slavic peoples called upon the North Star in honor of the goddess Tara.

Symbolic Spiral Meaning

Perhaps it's most prolific appearance is in Celtic symbology where we see the spirals decorating a myriad of their ancient artifacts. In Celtic art and symbolism, we can intuit a few meanings from the forcefully present spiral...

In terms of spirituality, the spiral symbol can represent the path leading from outer consciousness (materialism, external awareness, ego, outward perception) to the inner soul (enlightenment, unseen essence, nirvana, cosmic awareness). Movements between the inner (intuitive, intangible) world and the outer (matter, manifested) world are mapped by the spiraling of archetypal rings; marking the evolution of humankind on both an individual and collective scale.

 

Moreover, in terms of rebirth or growth, the spiral symbol can represent the consciousness of nature beginning from the core or center and thus expanding outwardly. This is the way of all things, as recognized by most mystics.

 

Single Spiral

The single spiral is fairly common and may represent growth, birth or an expansion of consciousness.

Pitch Drop (2016) refers to the experiment of the same name.

 

The experiment, begun in 1930 in a laboratory in New Zealand, that has been studying the dripping behavior of hard and rock-like pitch for some 90 years.

 

Charrière's work takes up this lengthy process: The time-based sculpture drips once every ten years, following a rhythm of centuries beyond the human lifespan.

 

Until the upper container would be empty,

more than 10,000 years would pass.

 

This enormous time span corresponds to the duration of the Holocene so far,

the period in the history of the Earth that marks the evolution of humankind

development of humankind from the Neolithic period to the

present.

 

I have seen the work of art years ago in Düsseldorf and could already notice minimal changes, but it has not yet come to the formation of drops.

Given the Beauty of this Flower and its Visitor, clearly the Devil lost! Our Scabious once in the dawn of humanity was a Heal-All, much to the dismay of the Devil who sought only anguish for humankind. Out of pure spite he bit off the main part of Scabious's root - regard its shallow rooting today - hoping the plant would die. Hence 'Devil's Bit'. Of course, Succisella didn't die but it did lose its healing powers. In compensation it remained attractive and beautiful, full of Plenty for myriad insects among which Butterflies and also this marvelous Hoverfly.

Belted Flyer. Volucella zonaria, by the standard of Hoverfly sizes, is very large; it measures about 2.5 cm (=almost an inch) compared to the 2-3 mm (.09 inch) of the smallest ones. And Zonaria's color is striking as well, very orange-yellow, mimicking a Hornet. So often it's called the Hornet Hoverfly. Entirely harmless, though; not a devil at all in her!

Without any politics or ideology: The Declaration of Independence is - in my honest opinion - one of the greatest documents in the history of the humankind. I get goose bumps everytime I read these words: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness"...

It was a rather dark morning at this cornfield, which was close to a forest. The light was dim but somehow fascinating, as I discovered, because the glowing red moonflowers appeared somewhat mysterious in this light. The wind contributed to this, blowing very gently over the cornfield, which caused it to sway back and forth like a wave in the ocean. I was actually out that early morning to spot animals in the forest, but the glow of the moonflowers didn't escape my notice. What's more, the animals must have noticed that I was focusing on the glowing red flowers for once.

 

The ancient Dakota Indians were wise. They knew that the heart of a person who becomes alienated from nature becomes hardened. They knew that a lack of respect for all living things and everything that grows in nature will soon lead to the death of respect for humankind as well. Therefore, the influence of nature, which made young people sensitive, was an important part of their education.

Far beyond the stars known by humankind lies the luminous planet of Nytherra.

Glowing fungi light the forests like constellations that have descended to the earth.

More than 1000 living species inhabit Nytherra, but the most beautiful and magical are the Aelari.

These butterfly-like humanoids bear wings that shimmer like stained glass.

Upon death, their wings vanish into the air. For this reason, it is commonly believed that their wings are extensions of their very souls.

Strong emotions make their wings shine brighter. When an Aelari meets their soulmate, their wings shine with a light so bright it becomes difficult to look at.

In some corner deep within the Woods of Glowmire, an Aelari couple dances under the moonlight.

Their radiant wings illuminate the forest, as they move with a silence woven from grace.

A sight so wondrous it dares to rival the beauty of the Gods themselves.

On Christmas Eve

Today is Earth Day.

Yes, we have walked on the moon, flown a helicopter in Mars a couple of days ago, and our spaceships have shuttled our telescopes to outer edges of the solar system. Yet, mankind’s destiny is tied to none of these places. It is welded to this planet. Our destiny has no PLAN(et) B. This is it!

 

Today, like calling one’s mom on Mother’s Day, a lot of people talk about saving the planet. I say, cut the lard out of that big talk and realize instead that the Earth day is about preservation of not the planet, but the humankind. If the planet becomes inhabitable to human beings in the near future, life will adapt and continue to flourish via some hardy species. Forests will likely remain green and rivulets will endlessly flow. Only human beings will disappear.

 

That said, allow me to change a few perspectives. Let’s take another look at our Earth from afar in the solar system. Let’s appreciate the diminutiveness of our planet and thereby, accept ours. Then, with this newfound humility, let’s call our mother earth today –it’s Earth Day after all– and tell her, we will call on her every day.

The sand, sun, sky, and sea creates it's scene

Seen only by the Godhead, the AllFather, the Cosmos

And even now, only seen by some of humankind who awaken in time

Some of the time

All of the time the secrets of Universal Consciousness are revealed

All of the time myriad minions and motions fueled by geology, cosmic forces, creation and destruction

Serve to shock and awe with beauty almost unfathomable

Down in the fathoms of cosmic recollection, even those who cannot see all, will in time and with the eradication of humanly existence see into and outside of all beauty

Heaven, Universe, Cosmic Consciousness

 

And that will happen to all, in time

But in this time, this moment, this wondrous existence

The light passes through concrete, revealing more of the handrails than you could actually see. The tide brought the water to the very edge of the coastal concrete barrier, removing the natural element of sand synonymous with the coastline here. Somehow this takes a beautiful landscape away and makes the frame more of a statement about how humankind attempt to control their envrionment.

This greeted me when I lifted the quilt … However direct their gaze, animals live in worlds unknowable to humankind. Wonderful, innit?

Are we not wise enough to give all we are?

At the top of the iconostasis is the icon of the Holy Virgin of Pechersk. The icon belongs to one of the main iconographic types of the image of the Mother of God: Hodegetria ("Putivnytsa" - Our Lady of the Way).

A Hodegetria, or Virgin Hodegetria, is an iconographic depiction of the Theotokos (Virgin Mary) holding the Child Jesus at her side while pointing to him as the source of salvation for humankind. The Virgin's head usually inclines towards the child, who raises his hand in a blessing gesture. Metals are often used to draw attention to young Christ, reflecting light and shining in a way to embody divinity. In the Western Church this type of icon is sometimes called Our Lady of the Way.
