Paola Vezzaro è entrata nel Gruppo GDF SUEZ nel mese di ottobre 2011 come Head of Human Resources di GDF SUEZ Energia Italia, provenendo da Barclays, dove dal 2006 al 2011 ha ricoperto il ruolo di Human Resources Director.
Dopo l'inizio della sua esperienza lavorativa in NCR in ambito commerciale, Paola Vezzaro ha continuato la sua esperienza professionale in IRI Information Resources, come HR Director, in ISMO, dove ha seguito progetti legati all'organizzazione delle risorse umane e in Xerox, con un percorso inter funzionale, in ambito commerciale, customer service e finanza fino alle risorse umane come Italy HR Development Manager prima e Europe HR Development Manager poi.
Sposata e con un figlio, Paola ha conseguito un diploma di laurea in sociologia presso l'Università Statale di Milano e uno in Business Administration presso l'Università Bocconi.
