I'm always flabbergasted at the sight of this house--an oddly proportioned beige mega-McMansion of late-1980s/early-1990s vintage raised up above a new ground-level in a project that's been stalled for years, it seems--every time I pass by it on the old Highway 99. The MLS listing for this property provide scant details besides the price of $390,000 and that it is zoned commercial and no longer suitable for residential use. It definitely looks like a live/work situation for someone who hates to commute but doesn't mind if everyone else commutes. This property is just a smidge more than an acre sandwiched between this fast section of the old Highway 99 and I-5 just past the back property line.
This place apparently began as someone's ambitious dreamhouse.
Here I thought they were thru with the work and thought the house was sold and then along came this group of workers and they are doing some remodeling .. Looks like insulation and that's good and should be done while the place is empty...

Good afternoon Ladies & Gentleman. I am your local Flickr Estate agent. I want to sell my house.
I’ve always marvelled at the power of Flickr. Perhaps more so in years gone by I found links to my photos all over the web, and I’m sure it was that ‘reach’ that enabled me to get past 26 million views with a pretty average portfolio of pictures. So I wonder if ‘advertising’ my house here might help and just reach the one potential buyer we need.
So, five bedroomed detached house on desirable mature residential estate in East Cheshire, in the centre of the country with good motorway, rail and air connections to almost anywhere else. Railway station nearby, handy convenience store, good schools, easy access, North, South, West and East. Large south facing garden, lots of off-road parking, and a separate ‘annexe’ which can be a grannie flat, give an income as an AirBnB, or convert into a business premises. The property offers so much potential, not least being a great family home…but with some yellow walls. Hmmmm. I’m not doing a very good job here. Better leave it to the professionals who keep their clothes on. You can view it here:

A Composite of a couple of photo's, The Continual Drizzle which produced the rainbow never let up and I found the architecture of the house fascinating, it is a completed residential.
So I combined the two, introduced the horse to balance the composition and cleaned up the rain.
Lovely to find another source to these very pretty flowers.
Although the house is up for sale so anything could happen to the garden. I hope nothing serious as it's a beautiful one.

Price for this lovely house is only 200.000 $. House is on good location near the sea ;o). Location is in city Zadar, country Croatia.
